Opting a line out of automatic updates

If you need to stay on a specific SHA deliberately — for compatibility with an older runner, for example — append ActionLock: no-op to that line's existing comment:

- uses: actions/setup-node@2222222222222222222222222222222222222222 # v4 ActionLock: no-op

ActionLock will leave that line alone on future staleness re-checks. The marker is case-insensitive, and the tag stays visible in the comment — remove the marker at any point to resume normal tracking on that line.
